🐾 Custom & Personalized Items

All custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of an error made by us.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Personalized resin tags

• Custom stickers

• Custom embroidery or design requests

Handmade & Color Variations

Please note that handmade items may vary slightly in color, pattern, placement, and finish.
These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Resin tags are one-of-a-kind pieces.
Due to the nature of resin, no two tags will ever be exactly the same. Variations in color, swirl, glitter placement, and texture are expected and celebrated as part of their uniqueness.

If We Made an Error

If your custom item contains an error due to our mistake (such as an incorrect name, design, size, or personalization not matching the order details):

• The original item must be returned

• Once received, a corrected replacement will be made

• The corrected item will be shipped as quickly as possible

• Replacement shipping is covered by us

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• A brief description of the issue

🐾 Returns (Non-Custom Items)

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Item must be securely packaged for return (original packaging is not required)

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Our packaging may vary and often includes tissue paper or protective wrapping. As long as your item is returned safely and in original condition, it will be eligible for return.

Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

🐾 Refunds

Approved refunds for eligible non-custom returns will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🐾 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered”

• Errors due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
